From Downtown Portland:

• From Front Street, get onto Macadam Ave (Hwy 43).
• Stay in the right lane and take Macadam to Lake Oswego.
• Macadam then becomes State Street (still Hwy 43).
• Turn right onto "B" Avenue.
• Turn right onto First Street.
• The clinic will be on your left under a large Elm tree.
