From North Portland and Vancouver:

• Go on I-5, south bound
• Take Hwy 43 Lake Oswego exit
• Stay on Macadam and continue heading south to Lake Oswego.
• Macadam then becomes State Street (still Hwy 43).
• Turn right onto "B" Avenue.
• Turn right onto First Street.
• The clinic will be on your left under a large Elm tree.
