Acupuncture

Acupuncture works by promoting circulation and by stimulating the body to produce its own pain relieving chemicals called endorphins. In addition to pain relief, it is effective for a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions. People who might particularly benefit from acupuncture include those for whom there are limited medical interventions, or for those whose symptoms seem to be associated with or worsened by stress, as well as for those who would like additional support for their prescribed treatment to come with side effects.
